Well that turned out nice. Great build man. Post the output once you get it running/tuned.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. Welcome to the club.
I'm surprised you had to trim the block. I had to take a small piece off the front motor mount to clear the comp housing and shaved some material off the hotside then redrilled and tapped it. Otherwise there were no issues with clearance. I'm VERY tempted to step up to the HX40 sooner than I planned.

I put down the #s in my sig with a leaky wastegate and a **** poor 11.2 afr on E85 (loaded the wrong map the night before the dyno). With the gate fixed and having it leaned out to a 12.1 I think Im closer to 500 now.

Finally got it dynoed with the new 83-74 Borg Warner. Approx 520whp/410wtq on a Mustang. 2.1 bar (30psi) boost on 95RON with some octane booster in a can.

maybe I missed something but how does your engine breathe with our PCV and crank case hose are in a close loop with your catch can?

A good catch can has a baffle system that vents blowby but captures the oil.

^^ Nice! I was actually just reading another thread about holsets. I hope someone wants to trade me their EVO for my STi, all this research is pretty interesting.

I purchased a holset hx40w i was wondering which garret back housing would be equivalent to the 12cm and 14cm holset back housing?
