You want to use a relay that uses a positive trigger for the coil. The coil trigger is the +12v that went to the stock fuel pump, the other side of the coil is GND. Then you want 10AWG POSITIVE in, and 10AWG POSITIVE out to the new fuel pump. Make sure the pump has a good ground.
Napa part: AR272
30: 12V 10AWG power in
85: 12v positive trigger from old fuel pump
86: GND
87:12V 10AWG power out

Stock ECU?
If so then,
85: will be a NEG trigger such as a hobbs switch
86: will be 12v
Make sure all +12V sources have an applicable fuse.
