It looks like you're pretty much done with the project, but what may have been easier (maybe) would be to buy a used o2 dump, cut off the dump tube and weld an external wastegate off that so then instead of having to add material to where you cut you re-circed Megan housing there would already be a clean downpipe portion. This way it'd atleast look nicer since the dump tube was already seperate.

Defaintly took some hard work, cutting away at the cast turbine housing. Something I would have NEVER done... Props

well i was thnking of doing that but when i got to thinking about it it doesnt seem like it would be as functional bescuase the exhaust gases would be mixing inside the collection chamber before it made its way to the ewg so back to my first set up where the gases kept mixing and causing my spool to be terrible

I thought WGAs help keep boost to redline not really wastegates but...I don't know much about wastegates, can someone explain the difference between external/internal besides the fact that external is louder and which would do a better job of holding boost to redline?

Most of the dumped O2 setups that Iīve seen donīt have a collection chamber. So, I am a bit confused as to exactly what you are refering.

when you run an o2 dump its the same as a regular o2 housing and theres an open chamber to allow room for the wg flapper to open, then when the flapper opens the gases are just dumped through the tube vta... so if you continue to run an 02 dump but cut away the dump tube and mount an ewg right to the flange and remove the flapper the exhaust gases are going to be mixing below the flange in the chamber i mentioned earlier so it wouldnt be a true "twin scroll" set up... understand? or am i worng in my thinking
