I would be cautious regarding this clutch. Lets wait and see the imp[rovements, lets someone else be the guinea pig and find out. Technically it will take a much longer period and many many customers to actually do a fair and accurate report.
My point is: why would you believe that a clutch will last if you know someone has to drive it for 30000, 40000, 50000, 60000 miles. Someone has to launch a few hundred times to really claim this clutch is reliable, durable , etc, do you know what I mean? I am not hating just stating some facts.

I cant wait for this to come out. If it gets rid of a lot of the decel noise and lasts longer I may put my Twin Disk back in my car. I hate the sounds like parts are falling off the car constantly but I loved the response of the motor with it in there. The car feels lethargic with a full weight clutch in by comparison.

One week til I am buying a clutch. Hope this makes it out, otherwise I am getting a Powertrain Technology twin. They say the friction material is a little easier to work with on the street and last longer.

Im looking forward to this as well. I want to hopefully get my 5spd in by April. From what Ive heard, QM's customer service is excellent, so if there were any problems with the clutch in the first batch of production models on this new clutch Im sure theyd do whatever they could to fix or help out getting everything squared away.
