Mine was creeping forward when i had my clutch in, selected first gear and revved to 6000rpm. This was causing 1st to 2nd gear lockout. I've adjusted it, and it still moves a little bit at ~7500 rpm but i can shift alot faster into 2nd now

My clutch would absolutely not shift above 7k without NLS and even then it would miss sometimes. Apparently if you stap the clutch plate when installing it, it can warp the plate causing these kinda issues. Since I never installed it I have no idea if it was done right.

Lockout seems to be very common problem in the evo crowd.

8-ball I doubt your clutch is slipping. If its new the thing grabs like crazy. So far mine has last 44k+ miles. That includes many strip passes and lots of street launches.

Umm well for a while 400+ but now close to 250. I usually put about 1500 a month on the car. It varies.
