Quartermaster uninstall

Ok so i have ran into a problem. This is my first clutch install and i am taking out the worn quartermaster.

My problem is,

1. since the quartermaster uses the hydralic throw out bearing do i still pry it out? Or i just skip that part and continue on to taking out the transmission.

2. I am going to be putting in a ACT clutch and do i need the stock slave cylinder and such to have it function? or i can still use the QM hydralic push type. I dont have any stock parts all i have is what is on the car because i bought the car like this.

Both, it was too loud of DD and a pain to drive on the street period.
