Ouch, I paid almost $70 from you a few months ago.

You can buy these outright for $55 from us, as I say though, buy a full turbo back and they are included.

I never had a CEL with a Buschur high flow cat. After I switched to a Random Tech metallic substrate, I get a CEL about every 300 miles. It's not a big deal to me since I have a pocketlogger in the car and can clear the cat inefficiency code with a few clicks. I haven't tried putting the O2 sensor in the Buschur offroad bung on my turboback, but I might give that a try. First I have to get around to bolting in my BR FMIC!

I had the same situation on my last car (Single turbo 2JZ in a Lexus), and the lack of a cat made the car run more rich, which was the result of the ECU trying to compensate for the signal it was now receiving from the straight pipe's O2. The resulting effect on your engine from this could be cylinder wash, which will eventually cause damage to your rings.
A check engine light in new cars is not like old cars, just an annoying warning. It actually means that your car is not running optimally (optimally even meaning optimal for the mods you have)and should be fixed.

The EVO is the hands down hardest car to eliminate the CEL for the cat on I have ever seen.
We have actually just about given up. Just as we had the problem fixed the '04-'05's came our and have a new set of problems.

That's what I'm going to try if mine ever comes back on. I've put a couple hundred miles on the car since the first time it happened and nothing so far
At first it kind of bothered me.. but I picked up a nice pocket code reader and now I can check the codes and clear them and not have to worry

eventually your car will go into "limp mode" & then almost no boost. this process is a failsafe to save the motor from you blowing it up. I run the Perrin test pipe with the CEL eliminator box wired into the 2nd O2 sensor. not a single problem.

Actually hosedj, you are incorrect. The CEL for the rear 02 will do absolutely nothing to the car. IT will NOT go into any type of limp mode nor will it effect performance AT ALL. It is just annoying to look at.
