We actually have a kit together that includes a boost connect kit and the 1/8th NPT upgraded back cap.

the price for this will be 39.99

Those signal lines need to be straight connections and free of tees. Some in here have MBCs and whatever else tee'd into the BOV signal lines and wonder why they can't get it working correctly.
^exactly, the directions are there for a reason and it clearly states in the manual not to tee it off and shows u how its suppose to be ran to avoid problems.

Denin

Need some help setting up Synapse bov and Synapse WG with Eboost2 selnoid.
I've attached a picture. Actually, my car is bone stock so I need to be at 3-6 psi. I know the eboost/selenoid is an overkill but I fancy the greater control even at the high price. Can you run by the picture below so confirm the setup.

btw, I'm removing the main spring and running with only preload spring in the wastegate so that I can lower the psi to 3-4 and control the max cutoff at 5-6-7 psi.

As for the BOV, what should I connect the boost vaccuum source to? A or B or A and B.

Is the C port on the BOV connected correctly (tee of at the turbo compressor)?

Question Simultaneous Electronic control of WG & BOV

Hi Synapse,

Not to hijack your thread but would Synapse be interested in testing/ evaluating a new controller built to simultaneously drive both the BOV and a WG/EBC with multiple 3 way solenoids for full multimap dashboard tuning of both? Complete with digital displays and a boost spool dyno for verifying the tune. Suitable for Diesel apps as well.

In addition to those controls you can even dial out (digitally) partial throttle turbo surge and defense lean boost conditions without altering the turbo setup, fueling or boost targets.

The controller offers superior control with proportional blow off based on boost pressure as well as proportional boost targets based on throttle position. Multiple safety interlocks and BOV emergency POP off etc. Triple PID Closed loop or Open Loop maps.

The product has entered the final testing phases and I am hoping to make it available to interested manufacturers of WG & BOV to further enhance their product lines.
