I liked the Borla sound deeper and throatier compared to stock. The down side I noticed at least on my friends STI is that it seems like they didn't use SS for the welds so they are rusting and looking horrible. Very disappointed. As far as Cobb goes I believe its discontinued but I may be wrong.

lol yah me too! : ) Although, I voted buschur because if money wasn't an option I'd buy that one. I love Buschur's products and I've had a couple of friends with that exhaust and they seem to be a little quieter when cruising but sound great and loud when you're ripping on it.

i love hks carbon ti deep throaty sound ....i heard ets is offering good piping size 3.5 and 4 inch cat are there any gains over the other good known exaust kits..one more thing will it work with 35r setup or the hks is fine for me?

Buschur w/Bullet muffler for me, with the mini mid-muffler replacing the cat. It quiets down the cabin considerably. I'm really tempted to buy another Bullet and put it where the cat would go to see what that sounds like.
BTW - I'd go with the ARC if I could choke down the price. That exhaust sounds pretty damn nice!
