You want an oil cooler with a thermostat and fan? I don't know of any kits that come with that. There are a lot of upgraded oil coolers, AMS, STM, and MAP all sell upgraded oil coolers but I dont think they are available to come with thermostat and fan, I could be wrong though.

Anyone that has used an aftermarket cooler, what temp differences are you seeing versus stock?

In oil filter housing there is an oil cooler bypass valve. This, I'm thinking, is a thermostat.

A fan assembly can be made up easily. I was thinking of doing this also after seeing a post about it on here by a guy that made a oil cooler fan for like 75 bucks.

the idea of installing a larger cooler also gives you a possibility to enlarge the ammount of oil in system, unfortunately I dont have oil temp gauge( and I can check the temp but first of all i will install a thermostat that opens on 75 degrees celsius versus 100 stock

I was also interested is there any cooler which will fit stock fittings

is your oil getting too hot as it is? oil needs to be hot to a point. cold oil doesnt lubricate very good.

I dont have the oil temp gauge, but I think with my mods:

2.3 stroker
Cosworth M2 cams
Precision 1000cc
Perrin fuel rail
Largest Perrin intercooler
3" exhaust
Injen intake
FpRed 84mm ported
FullRace street manifold
65mm throttle body

oil cooler is needed, I was just wondering is there any for factory fittings
ATM I decided to install Earl's, PN42508.
