I finally got my RMR exhaust but.....

I finally put my RMR exhaust on my evo and I like it. Right now I can't really say I "love" it because now I notice that when I shift from 3-4..4-5 and I don't lift off the gas quick enough, it stutters. I remember in other threads that you should disconnect the battery for the ecu to re-learn. Well I did that. I wonder how many miles do I have to put on the car for the ecu to learn again. Also I borrowed my friends RMR piping kit that he hasn't put on yet. Do you think that the piping kit has something to do with the stutter?

thanks for any reply

I didn't unplug my ECU this past Monday when we put on my HKS carbon-ti and my car runs just fine.

Should have bought a HKS.

Does anyone know if it would be too late to try to unplug the ECU sinve it's been 5 days now?

I think it's cool that some people aren't going the standard hks or greddy route, RMR is top notch, check all of the flanges for good seal.
