Mine was doing the same thing. I don't have cams and I run a OEM IX bov, but what I did was clean the Idle Air Control Sensor. My car has almost 100k miles and the iac was black, after I cleaned it it looks new and car runs great.

I found that the timing idle area greatly helps to be properly tuned. If you have your car idling higher than 1000 rpm you need to make the 1500 rpm area and the 1000 rpm area closer as too large of a gap in timing in this area creates idle issues.

Its getting to the point where its actually aggrivating to drive, everytime i come off the gas(in neutral) my car goes down to about 300 RPM and bumps around and then pops back up, but its really aggrivating at stop signs and such. im wondering if its the kelford 272s, the blow off valve venting to the atmosphere, or mabe how its tuned. but im looking for some suggestions, ive heard a new EMS(AEM,AUTRONICS) helps tuning, thus making it easier to get the car to idle, thats just what i heard though. -thanks in advance

Looking at your other posts, it sounds like you have a bunch of mods that may not have been installed properly... Take it to a reputable shop and have them look it over. If you want to drive to Indiana, I can look it over. Sounds like everything is kind of jank in general.

You, sorry if I came off as rude. But before I would go into tuning (which still could very well be the problem) or changing the BOV (which should be changed) it sounds like you could have a vacuum leak or other issue. I have seen some extremely poorly screwed together Evo's idle just fine even with a BOV and screwed up fuel maps. So again, not saying the other folks aren't right, but I'd be glad to help look over the car if you want to drive over, could just be some simple things not setup right
