'99 EK Hatchback Civic?

Does the 93 shut off under boost or is this more like an "alcohol injection gone wild" system that adds additional fuel to the 93 octane?

yea guys it's a 99 awd 2.3l civic. The alky comes on and pump gas stays on till about 16psi and then it is soley on the back rail for 100% alky.... If I reach the limits of my ethonol I will redo the fuel system for methonol.

Yea Chris, you'll buckle up now... lol spinning the top of third gets scary, we will go for another ride when the auto is complete.

Aaron, thanks for all the advice and tech help with the car!

9's are definitely possible here in Colorado, just nobody has had the right setup yet including myself. I already bought my car with the built engine but if I had to do it again, I'd go 10:1 and thats running E85 fuel. The other problem someone mentioned is the turbo's do over spin and its hard to get them up to 40psi. This summer, I'm expecting to see a few local shops be in the 9's territory but I know other racers such as Buschur have already done this at Bandimere. I'm also doing a few additions such as the CNC ported head and cams and push the car harder.

That extra compression will yeild more power per psi, so you will definitely have more of an edge than most when trying to acheive your goal even if peak psi isn't achieved.

We have a set of 11:1 85.5 150mm rod pistons on the shelf if anyone is interested in them. We are all switching to 4G64s so we can let them go now
