LR2.4 H or I beams???

LR2.4 H or I beams???
As a lot of you know ER will be building me a 10:1 LR2.4 starting next week. Currently I have a set of GSC 156mm H Beams that are rated to 550-600tq. I'm still on the fence about putting I beams in for the extra $300. I think getting 550tq making out my Red or future Black won't be to hard and that will be pushing the H beams... What do you just think? H beam or I beam?
I would like to stick with the H beams because they are cheaper. I think If I was building a 2.0 I would keep the H beams because I wouldn't be so worried about the tq getting that high, however I'm kinda scared of the 2.4 tq.

Marti, thanks for chiming in. I'm shooting for 600-625hp on the Red and I don't plan on going over 35psi. The Black will be the upgrade towards middle of summer and I hope to hit 750hp.
It will be mostly a street car and occasional trips to the track.
Honestly, the more I think about it the more I would feel safe going with I beams. Trapping in a 700+hp Black I would have to rev to 8.5-8.8 and feel the I beams might be a better choice at holding the motor together at that stress level.

Honestly with that power and the stroker I would put the lower FD in the tranny. If you did that you could trap ~140+ in 4th at probably 8k or less (not exact numbers just estimating). I mean the powerband you are going to have I think your gearing is going to be too short and you will be shifting too often.
