Crcain and VIIIrs.....you guys are great. Thanks for siding with me and not just believing that it was a tune issue. This issue made me check/fix all my boost leaks, clean and lube the BOV, triple check the timing, and check the compression. After all this it was a simple as an overlooked connection for the knock sensor. With removing all the egr, evap, and fprs this connection was completely missed. Your help made me keep lookin until the problem was solved and now I can make the trip to Chicago with confidence. Thanks again man. I owe ya one.

Thanks to you two. I felt like I was losing my mind when everyone including tuners were saying tune but my gut told me that wasn't it along with you two. I appreciate all the help. It's like a huge weight lifted from my shoulders to not only know it's fixed but to also know that's everything else is in top condition as well.

Glad you found the problem!

Good luck with the tune when you go to AMS.

out of curiosity, it didn't throw a code for knock sensor circuit?

Surprisingly no. I had zero codes with it disconnected.

That's strange, I assumed it couldn't have been the knock sensor due to not throwing codes...

Oh well, good thing ya found out what was wrong!
