BBK Full OR HTA GREEN ?!
hey guys my set up and ready to go for a bigger turbo ! im stuck between these too. they both are great turbos and the spool is unbelievable !! what do you guys think? if you can, please post some numbers with the turbo and let me know if you guys have any problems. also let me know if you guys sent in your turbo to get it upgraded ! thanks alot guys.

I am ready to pull the trigger on the BBK-Full turbo...I did consider the Green upgrade from Buschur...its a great price, however, people seem to get great results with the BBK over the Green...BUT I read a thread that there is a new BBK turbo in the works...WTF...lol...when, where and how much...haha...I don't want to buy something now and tomorrow have a new turbo out...although from what I hear its mean for customers that want high end HP...but who knows...I haven't found a single useful piece of info so everything at this point is pure speculation...CBRD needs to respond to this thread and let us know at least for what purposes the new turbo is intended...I swear...so many choices out there I just finally decided on the cams somewhat...and now this...

I feel the same way there are a good amount of guys that have the HTA green but they don't seem to post #'s or any data not even a story good or bad. But if the HTA Green was created in response to the BBK Full then the logical end result would be it should be better but that is speculation. Your should really try to contact Rob at FP he is very friendly. I remember I spoke to him about a year ago and he basically said that the HTA green is better then the BBK Full. He basically improved on the BBK Full don't ask what specifically But like I said ask Rob

It's pretty fortunate you guys have a few good options
Our turbos are prepared and designed with certain attributes in mind... and a certain set of expectations, if those results match your needs, then our turbo obviously will work well for you

as far as our new turbo, sometime mid summer, I know alot of people are waiting, but it's just taking awhile to get final production done.
Our turbos are prepared and designed with certain attributes in mind... and a certain set of expectations, if those results match your needs, then our turbo obviously will work well for you

2 fair comparo threads. Both have pump gas #'s ruffly at the same boost level

i was debating both turbo's to and i think the BBK full and old green are very comparable, the HTA green i think would edge the Full out a little but probably wouldnt spool as quick

Honestly, I have a lot of respect for Chad and Robert, however I will have to call a BBK-B for the OP. I think you will love the B much more than the full. You don't really lose any spool but gain a lot up top. If the production B is released in the Summer that is well worth waiting on my part.

Im in the same boat, looking to upgrade the turbo... BBK full / HTA Green/ Red/ Black.... so many options. Think Im gonna wait for the BBK-B to come out, as I was leaning heavily towards the BBK.
My goal is 450 on pump (91) DD. but not sure the BBK will get me there. (w/ my mods)
