you bought an 03 which doesnt have the 10.5 hotside nor the nicer evo9 compressor. why are you assuming his definition of "upgrade" is aftermarket? if he put in 05' hotside or a complete evo9 turbo, thats an upgrade also.....

why are you assuming its FP

Not assuming, we're trying to guess. We have next to zero info to go on here, and he asked. Chances are its just a stock turbo.
