Timing belt noise?

Timing belt noise?
So I recently got cams, springs/retainers, headtuds, headgasket, timing belt, balance shaft belt, accessory belt, and all the tensioners and pulleys installed on my car...
all the belts replaced with Gates, the timing and balance shaft belt are Gates Racing...so they are the blue ones...
anyways since the install i noticed a lot more...i guess belt noise? and was wondering if this is normal?

squeaking or sqealing? or just moving parts friction noise? when I replaced my belts a while ago, i did alot of searching to see if its advised to use oem or a "stronger" belt. the argument that stuck in my head was that upgraded belts are indeed stonger, but because of this characteristic they are more lacking in the ability to expand with heat absorption as the oem belt does. so less stretch of this belt may account for a noise that wasn't present w/ oem belt. gates has always been know for great belts, so ur probably safe, but the oem belt is good for anything shy of 500hp and probably a bit more...i know plenty of people use gates belts here, so maybe someone will let u know if the noise is normal, or if it goes away after repeated heat cycles...

in that case, see if you can localize the noise. for example, my car whines also but i can tell its coming from the ps pump. my car is about 6yrs old so im not suprised its a little noisy. ur car is about as old as mine and since u just changed ur belts, there may be some new added stress to some of the pumps or other moving parts in ur pulley system, due to greater strength/tension of ur belts as i decsribed in my first post...hope this helps

Funny thing my car is doing the same sound. I've put about 4xxx miles before the sound started to appear which is very odd. If the car is warm up, then sounds would go away. I also have the gates (blue kevlar belt) installed. I've been doing alot of research and alot of people are saying it's common because the belt is stronger and doesn't stretch as much??? I've got used to the sound by now, after 4xxx miles, no issues YET. LOL...
I also replaced just about everything new... Timing belt (gates) with BS belt, serpentine belt, cam seals, oil seal, idler puller, tensioner, arp headstuds, gsc s2, gsc valve springs, etc...
I am stumped also.
