Need advice with my front differential in transfer case

here's a pic that's very expressive

so the question is : what is supposed to destroy it like this...

the car have stock ECU and only a little modifications.

Recently, we just put a ACT clutch kit with flywheel for 651 lbs torque... they test launch control between 4500 / 6000 rpm but the guy put the wrong oil in the transfer case...could it be the nature of the problem ???

i need your advice to know if i've got to pay for it...

thanks

Clutch dump on no mods with that clutch or anything other than the stocker can cause that. I have an 03 non-acd transfer case in my garage if you decide you need a stock one.

That could be caused from a very hard launch or wheel hop.

im french canadian.... so when you mean wheel hop... that's mean what lol sorry

and i didn't mention it.... but when he replace the part in the car... the axle front left was not quite correct when it reinstall it so the axle have kind of eat itself...you know what i mean ? can it cause this... ?

but he put the clutch, put it back to road and he was already doing this when my friend took it back... before they test hard launch at 6000 rpm...

we are doing to put a big one... like for 1000hp and lifetime warranty...

Why not upgrade to an LSD?

I went with a wavetrac lsd in the front.

+1 for shep. Proven performance and it can take a beating. Better than some shop that doesn't specialize in the car just throw a different LSD in. Have Shep do a rebuild on the T-case and if your driving technique is correct, it should last you forever.

yeah im absolutly agree with the shepard... and if the transfer is ok, we save money to rebuilt instead of buy a stage 3 for 4175$ but after it will be the transmission... axles.... and a lot more of money...haha

but i imagine that if i've already got the Quaife differential...i will save a lot of money to rebuilt...

thanks for the link andrewzaragoza really appreciated
