No ****. I'm the same way. I don't half *** do anything, you can tell that by looking at my build thread. Ya I was thinking about keeping the Red but I'm glad I didn't because the Red would have been way to small on the 2.4L.

Yup and you actually helped sway my thinking!

I was thinking, well...the Red would still be a solid car...but since its all apart, lets make this a beast.

As long as Im at least nipping at the heels of a liter bike, Ill be happy

Its very very similar to Mikey's with the exception of it being mainly all Buschur stuff and the fact that Ill be on 93+meth.

There is def going to be a lot of sick cars soon Make sure you run at a min of 1000cc of meth and 100% M1. I ran 1500cc on my Red and it loved it

Well I'm gonan be stayign with the 2.3 with the 10:1 CR and FP Red so I wanan see yours when its done so I can see what I have to shoot for with my power goals

I'm glad you are going Black! You will love it. The turbo also sounds like a semi when it spools or part throttle Ya a 600-650 hp car can prob beat a liter bike. I know at the 535 level that I had with the Red I could beat 750s but the liter bikes tore me a new one...

Well I think my 2.4 Black will make 100hp more than your 2.3 Red. You should have went Black. It will only spool 200rpms later than the Red but give you a lot more power.

I think whats gonna happen is I'm gonna enjoy the hell outta my 2.3 Red setup and autocross trhe hell outta it then in a year or 2 up the anti and just go to a HTA3582R and see how fast it is.

I have no dilusions about my car. Itll be fast but eventually not fast enough, no matter how much power its making.

So going from 330whp on a dyno jet to 500whp on a mustang is a good enough jump for me for now.

Besides it's an Autocross DD setup and I think Ill be a little to whilly with the current power rating already

Mid 6s get a liter bike typically. Most liter bikes will run 135-138 so you need 650 up to get one. Jesse was getting them with 647whp for reference but was at full weight.

Ya I figured it would be around 650. I just know at 535 I couldn't hang. Aaron can you plan for me to be down at ER 22-24 June. Maybe do the Cams on the 22nd and the housing on the 23rd? I have those three days off work and thought it would be a good time to come. Just need to make sure my cams are there by then.

7500 right now. There is not much of a reason to go past that. The car isn't making the power it should be. Once the new cams show up and the housing gets some port work I think it will hold out the top at least another 500-750rpms longer and then I will take it to 8200 most likely. Really just all depends on the graph. If for some reason it makes power to 8500 then that is where she will spin too.

you could not upgrade to the lr2.4??? i know somebody that is getting a lr2.4 from them

Oh me too man haha I cant frickin wait to get this thing back. Just hearing yours spool in the short video I was like ooooooooh!! Im picking up a set of wheels this weekend then goin to get some Hoosier DR's shortly after. I wanna do QTP's but I wanna give the DR's a shot first. I dont even know what to expect honestly out of this, especially because of the 93+meth. I just really hope it hits where I want, Im trying to keep my expectations low still.

They alread ystarted building the block so Im cool with that. I mean itll make the power I want wit hthe spool that I want so Im happy.
