it's a metal plate more than a gasket. about 0.040" - 0.050" thick.
you dont need any other gaskets with it

Have you guys noticed any difference for those of you running a catch can? Is there less oil in it?

I want to know if this part increases oil pressure. I just had a motor spin a bearing. I want to do everything I can to keep pressure and oil in the bearings.

Only lowers the pressure to the lifters so that excess oil does not pool in the head. What you get is more consistant and Higher oil pressure during higher RPM's under acceleration or turns. More oil will stay in the pan thus keeping one from spinning a bearing.

Turbo feed, cam shafts and Mivec should not be effected.

Post number 10 shows the increase in oil pressure during a 8 sec pass. Also i can see this helping out the road racers also.

i would get the oil pan modded while its apart. $150+ shipping is cheap insurance.
