In 03 all evo had a 9.8. In 04 the RS came with the 10.5 while the GSR had a 9.8 still. In 05 they all had the 10.5.

My FP White is an upgraded IX turbo, not an VIII turbo. You are also incorrect about the 9.8 hotside. The U.S 03-04 had 9.8's and 05 got the 10.5 from the factory. The U.S. 06 got the larger compressor cover and the 10.5 hotside.

lol if you have not fiqured it out yet alot of folks do not like incorrect information being spread. If you dont know then dont say it. New people see that and think it might be fact.

I never try to pass inaccurate information and I was about 98% positive evo 8's came with the 9.8 hotside.... I admit when I am wrong and I'm sorry for it.

But I do know FP used to make the White with the 8 turbo's because a friend of mine had one before upgrading to the red. He still has it in his garage too and I could take pics of it if you like.

I think you are mistaking the "White Rabbitt" that FP had that used the VIII turbo configuration. the FP White has the IX turbo configuration. I did my research with FP before I bought my FP White.

you can use a 10.5 evo 8 turbo i spoke to fp about it. you do have to pay a little more than if you had a evo 9 turbo.

Did FP advise you that they will upgrade the compressor cover from the smaller VIII to the larger IX style?

All 03-04 Evos had the 9.8 05-06 had the 10.5

04 RS has a 9.8. Ex GF used to have one

Edit: Assuming USDM spec'ed cars
