oil pick up tube for fp install??

oil pick up tube for fp install??
i have an 05 evo 8 in which im installing a fpred. i purchased the install kit along with it. i have everything installed and lastly went to put on the oil return line and its about a 1/2 inch short of reaching the oil pan. am i missing something or do i need to order a evo 9 one?? thanks

I ordered an Evo IX one for my FP Black install, with that said, I do believe they are the same. (I only ordered a new one, cause its new and not rusty like my old one)
But there were 2 models of it. Since you have a 2005 Evo, it doesn't apply to you since they stopped making it in mid '03.

mine bolted up but i bolted the oil return up first before i bolted the turbo to the manifold so i can move the turbo and get the oil return lined up its also like a stretch line it seems try giving that a shot
