My oil light goes out if I crank the car for 15 seconds (with crank sensor unplugged so it doesn't start) to prime a new turbo..

It's probably only 5-7 psi to turn off the light..

Spinning the oil pump with a drill or similar is one way to get pressure in your motor.
My preference is to use a pre-luber, which is an electric external pump that pre-pressurizes your motor without turning it over until pressure is normal and all of the internal passages have been fully pressurized. An accusump does something similar... That prevents any chance of damaging your internal rotating parts if the pump does not prime immediately...

Don't use an impact gun, use an electric drill with a socket adapter. Once you have 80psi of oil pressure, the impact will be hitting that tiny oil pump shaft with the hammer, which won't be good for it..
