Help. Turbo pulling oil up from the oil pan?

I'm pretty sure white smoke is from burning oil.

A new head Gasket was installed along with ARP head studs for the engine rebuild.

If I were to drain the oil in the IC piping I would guess around 4-6 ounces.

I think I might have found the problem. Going to drive it a few more days and see if it's resolved. I think the PCV valve may have been blocked and caused the center housing for the turbo to pressurized. I drove around with no white plume of smoke today. Did a compression check as well and everything checks out there.
