so i got my 1.06 housing off, and a precision .63 hotside ready to go on, and once its seated, and started to tighten down, the wheel wont spin. i can get it at times, but sometimes it freezes. is it a fitment issue because its a precision hotside on a garrett turbo? the original seller said the .63 was on the turbo prior. or is it my error on installation?

any tips or anything please, need this setup done asap
