Another SPEC Clutch Issue
I spoke with both SPEC and QuarterMaster regarding this issue. Both of them have no idea of what it could be...This is the Spec Super Twin SM80SST.
I have a squeak from the clutch (bell housing side) which I believe is the hydro throw out bearing when engaging and disengaging the clutch pedal. Keep in mind this is only happening while the engine is running. Sometimes this causes the clutch to be *stuck* to the floor/engaged and will either pop back up on its own or with some persuasion. Interesting part is that the squeak will go away after about 20minutes or so of driving. I also noticed that the engagement point is changing because I noticed the car would start to roll forward when going into first, and I had to back out the clutch rod some more.
AMS SS line installed, new master installed, and the system is bled.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Any ideas welcome. I priced out a throw out bearing from Spec @ 311$. Maybe a bad master cylinder? I know its like shooting in the dark but I don't want to fork out the money and not fix it. I would rather get a whole new clutch kit instead while its apart.

Do you have the same clutch kit, or are you utilizing the same TOB? I just ordered another master cylinder just to be on the safe side. I figured it was initially a potential cheaper solution than pulling the transmission.

Well the worst part is that I can't bring her back down to NJ to get her tuned until I know she's 100%. Last time it was the most expensive waste of time that I ever had. I cried at paying 600$ to find out that I have to come again and shell out another 600-800$.
I have not heard back from Spec so it seems like they are running away with their hands in the air. The new master I ordered will be here Wednesday at the latest. I am crossing my fingers that this will solve the issue. If not it is likely that she will have to be down for another year (I am close to my budget cap).
