So aside from the Radiator---thats a very small space that you are directing air thru to get between the support and the radiator-- am I mistaken? I am curious--think its a good idea, just dont know that you are getting all the benefit trying to push air thru that small gap.. Is it just the pics? Once again, I like the idea and the mock up--

the pics dont show how open the hole is. it is small but bigger then it appears. but on any note its better then nothing at all

yeah that cbrd peice looks nice. But Im looking forward to seeing some progress with the OP's project. keep it up and post some pics when its done.

its done. but i took it out. i did not like it. it needs to be trimmed some. strange how card board did not transfer to the aluminum as planned. HA but thats how we learn. it should look good when finished. i got to go get another sheet of aluminum tomorrow. i really wanted this for the track tonight but o well. perfection takes time. and im no fab shop.

looks really nice, but what if you drive in the heavy rain? will it become a problem or not?
