Here is once again another case of Meth Injection FTL.. Its funny how its ALMOST ALWAYS Cyl#1 thats cracked Which is the last cylinder to get Meth.. I have said it before and ill say it again there is NO WAY for each Cylinder to receive an equal amount of meth with a nozzle in the UICP..
Look at the Carbon Buildup and see its been cracked for Quite some time and the customer had no idea.. Finally while we were tuning it the ring cracked..
**UPDATE**
New Customer.. and yes you guessed it.. HAS METH on the car.. And as I have seen on 20 other occasions.. Piston #1 ready to crack, Piston 2 Cracked & Miraculously 3 & 4 in perfect condition..
Im no fluid dynamics engineer but i am curious to know what failsafe is going to save 2 cylinders from damage when clearly the meth was working but just wasnt reaching CYL #1 & CYL # 2???
Cyl#1
Cyl# 2
Cyl #3 & 4 look like this

I've always disliked the idea of running meth but never even thought about it being an inconsistent amount from cylinder to cylinder. Looks like you would need a nozzle in easch intake runner to get the same ammount of meth per cylinder & even then I still don't trust it.

yep. meth FTL. inconsistent, unequal flow, and just another troublesome mechanism that you cant trust.
i see this very issue (w/ cyl 1 getting the least amount of meth flow when the nozzle is in the UICP) on the srt4 on a daily basis.
i DO use 100% water tho as it doesnt affect my AFRs whether it's on or off, and i get a lil extra lower IAT's (on top of the 4.5" garrett core)

Honestly though, doesnt this seem likes its more than just meth that caused this?? That things fooked!
With proper atomization and a proper flowing system, I dont think a piston should get that wrecked (I have no clue tho for sure).
If the nozzle was clogged and it was like spitting droplets and only the first few cylinders were seeing any of the meth then yes, but shouldnt a properly functioning meth system still help get a relatively good amount of meth vapors to the cyildners further from the throttle body?
