long shot turbo question

buddy has a turbo...

has a mitsu emblem then 78-14300 stamped into it

anyone know what size / type this thing is?

sorry for lack of info...

and its on a 420a eclipse that has been turbo'd


TIA

im thinking 16 or 20g?
