Does the new one hold more trq then the old one?

From a 7.25 to a 8.25 do you really expect to feel much o a difference?

The new one was designed to be comparable to an Exedy. Heavier, smoother to drive, etc.

From what I understand, it was tested to see if it could hold as much power as the previous quartermaster, and from brief testing it can.

I personally chose a 7.25" quartermaster because I love the lightness and flickability of the 7.25". My exedy felt so lazy

I believe the exedy triple is like 29 lbs. The old qm is around 18 lbs and the new one from what I read is 4 lbs heavyer then the old qm. Plus I think the exedy triple is a much bigger clutch
