Car won't hold boost...

Hey guys, I just did some cams in my car and changed over to ecu controlled boost as well. I had to adjust my wastgate with the 10.5 housing i put on my Evo 8. I have made some pulls and my boost will taper from peak 22psi where it is tuned at to around 12psi now. Boost leak or something else?

Interested in this as well, as my car is having a hard time holding boost as well. 28psi spike, down to 18psi at redline, with hks 272 cams, 10.5 turbo, hallman pro mbc, and forge 24psi wga.

I have never had an issue with this much boost taper before the mods, before was 22 psi down to maybe 17-18.

Definitely the first step to take would be to do a boost leak test. If you don't have good T-Bolt clamps. Worm gear clamps are trash and i recommend upgrading to T-Bolt clamps ASAP!If you have the work gear clamps, this is most likely your problem. Also, the stock Throttle body Shaft Seals only hold up to about 12PSI, so its probably leaking out of there too. Id also recommend new Throttle Body Shaft seals if you haven't already!
