Twin scroll 6262??
Hello all. I've changed gears a bit and have decided to go with a bigger turbo than the FP Black for my 2.1L build. I'm leaning towards the Precision 6262, but I was wondering if it is possible to get a twin-scroll flange for this turbo. Idk if this is a dumb question or not, but I'd really like to go this route if at all possible. Thanks for your help!

but why? You already have the 2.1 so why not go to a larger turbo? and hopefully you're runnig a bit more compression to help as well. I understand your thought process, but on a TS T3(?) setup you'll be begging for more with that turbo.... Good luck..

How about an HTA 3582 or 3586 with Tial turbine housing with the Full-Race TS TS manifold? I am thinking that I might like that better. Oh, and yes, 10-1 CR running straight e98 only.

I think each one of those will leave much to be desired. But that is me personally. I don't know how you drive or what your intentions are, but I know me, and if I had a 2.1 and choice of TS setup, then Im definitely gonna run something a little bigger, with slightly less boost, but solid power all the way out.... PM'd ya

Tial turbine housing and Full-Race TS manifold...
You should probably do some more research as those two choices aren't even compatible.
Everybody saying 35R sized turbos are small either have no experience or their setup is junk. A good GT35R setup will satisfy 99% of the people out there looking for monster top end. Buschur has taken a 35R based turbo to 9.0 and several others have gone 9.1-9.3. A typical 35R in the hands of a competent tooner will take a full weight EVO into the low 10s/high 9s.

i dont think you should twin scroll the 6262 on your setup you have the 2.1 for a little added displacment rev it out to 9500 and you will have plenty of powerband, i am a twin scroll fan boy i have an hta82 with a t4 1.00 and i hit 25psi at 4300 thats 100 rpms slower than the FP red i had on before, but its been proven over and over that tho you gain throttle response and mid range you do sacrifice alittle in the high rpm ranges over a single scroll t3 housing.
