turbo blade chipped? large pic inside, need your thoughts.
if you look closely on the bottom compressor blade I noticed the other day was chipped. I have no clue other than the turbo picked some debris and got chipped. Whats strange is I still have a stock airbox using a cosworth panel filter. Anyhow, just want your input on whether turbo shoould be replaced asap or ok to wait a few months to save up for something bigger? It boosts and runs fine but I am taking it more carefully and watching it so it doesnt get to the point where I can possibly damage more expensive parts.. Thanks guys.

That damage is not bad. I wouldn't worry about that as it is. As long as it spins freely and doesn't hit the compressor housing I'd go with it. Have you noticed a drop in boost? If it starts rubbing, or if you want things to be perfect, then go ahead and rebuild it.
