i will definitely keep this thread updated. i got a PM from Chad and he received my turbo so that should be here maybe by the end of the week or so. i'm also still waiting on my manifold to come back from PPI. since i wont be upgrading the TB i am going to order the MilSpec shaft seals and i plan on cleaning it up abit.

once everything is in i plan on tuning the injectors and trying to dial it in as best as i can then in november comes the cams and new tune!

well here is a small update

wrapped and sealed the Downpipe

painted and installed the STM clutch fork stop

and my t-bolt clamp kit came in today!

and i ended up painting my stock UICPs ceramic black

i have enough header wrap that i can either wrap my test pipe, Perrin HFC (which will be installed eventually for DDing) or my ported stock manifold. not sure which one i should do. any advice?

Nice little build thread man...car should be fun when its done...Check out my build thread...

I see it says 3.5" intercooler...which intercooler is it? I would suggest maybe swapping the Forge MBC for a Hallman Pro RX...between that and the bbk full your car will hold boost rock solid...I would imagine you should have no problem hitting 400whp+ on AWD's dyno after Dirk tunes it...

Thanks for the advice. I'll look into the MBC swap. The intercooler is a BYC intercooler. I bought from this forum. I guess it's a clone. I'm really hoping for 400hp+ whp. I guess we'll see. I'll take a look at your thread tonight when I get to my laptop.

Well today I received the gaskets and hardware along with the milspec seals and TB gasket. Yesterday I had received the injector seal kit I ordered from no limit. So tomorrow I'll be working on my car again! I also received a tracking number for my exhaust manifold and still waiting on my turbo.

today i got the TB seals replaced with MilSpec seals and the new injector seals installed. now the injectors fit tighter than before which should mean no leaks... hopefully

while i had the TB off i sprayed the intake manifold with some cleaner and it cleaned up nicely although it wont last long due to the EGR crap. but at least it got done.

hopefully early next week i can receive the manifold and give it a couple of coats of heat temp paint and possibly heat wrap it. im also hoping for the arrival of my BBK Full!

i also picked up a compressor this weekend which will come in handy for the boost leak check. and while i was at it i picked up a new grill
