Odd trans issue

Well my car is acting wierd. My clutch release point is almost all the way out. If I start the car and leave my foot to the floor and put the car in 1st, it wants to jump forward a hair. So if the clutch is completly disengaged why is the car lurching forward?

I would do the following because the clutch is definitely not completely disengaging if it is doing that to you.

1) Check slave cylinder

2) Use the opening in the transmission to look in to verify everything is OK (clutch fork is together, TOB is in good shape etc)

3) Bleed clutch line

4) Adjust clutch pedal

We bled the line and checked everything and it seemed fine. It has a quarter master twin disc in it and it's disengaging with the car off. If you start the car then turn the car off, push the clutch in you will hear the floater plate drop. That tells me that it is disengaging but I don't know why it wants to lurch when you first put it in gear.

I don't think that my trans is trashed.
