Pushing 90000 miles....to late for turbo?

Just wondering everyones opinion if i should build the motor first or if i could go ahead and throw a bigger turbo on the engine and it would be fine for a while until i get the money to build it up.

That engine is barely broken in....

If your worried, just do a leakdown and compression test to see how healthy the engine is.

what are your power goals? If I were you, and i was a few short months ago, id build the bottom end first, pick up a evo 9 turbo, put together a nice part combo, run the car and have fun with it. Then save up money turn that evo9 turbo into a red/blk or whatever, and turn up boost and fuel! youll have all supporting mods to make the most out of your setup. And for the most part you wont have to worry about that bottom end

If you have "Taken Care" of your car, hence all needed maintenance you are good to go.

I've thrown big turbos on untouched 200k+ mile DSM 4G63s, if it's been maintained well you should be fine.
