The clutch is stock and was replaced right before I got the car, about 2 weeks ago. I just put on the Injen intake and intercooler piping, that is the only mod I'm aware of.

I can hear the knock quite loud sounds like a machine gun but the car drives ok until I hit boost then it bogs down... I bought an aftermarket warranty for the first time ever (probably a smart decision if I threw a rod).

You want Evoscan 2.7 or 2.6
Since you have a warranty, I would suggest removing your mods and taking it in to get looked at. Its a great rule when modding cars to make sure the car is in perfect running condition before you start putting mods on it.

Its clear as a bell in the cabin louder when revd for sure but very loud beginning at 2500 rpm and the car bogs down under boost significantly and often dies when the clutch is pushed in. If its a lifter tick its the loudest I've ever heard however I've owned the car for two weeks and am not familiar with it at all. The car starts and I can drive it around the block seemingly normal other than the dying. I've never thrown a rod before but would the car even drive if I have?

if you can get a stethascope you can put it against the block and see if you can figure out which cylinder it is. whatever it is, it isn't good. you might be getting oil starvation. it is hard to tell. the machine gun sound is definitely not good. it might be a lifter ticking? you should take a video. once again, the more you help us, the more we can help you.
