Can you make O2 & DP to fix this unit on Shearer manifold, compatible with a/c?

Michael has me 97% talked into this in a TS setup. I am going to a 67mm based turbo no matter what and a TS to boot, but its a matter of what one at the present. BW is looking good and as always so is the FP.

Mike,

I went looking for all the 3794 graphs you had up and it seems they are just the record ones. Any of the lower boost level you'd mind reposting? 30-40psi preferably.

Thanks

Aaron

Aaron what size manifold runners you going to use?

I also been thinking about making a swap from the TS HTA86 to a TS 3794. My main concern is lag difference between the 2

1.5" with dual 38s. Going from a Single 0.82 to a 1.06 TS or something like that I doubt I am going to see a substantial difference. On yours I would suspect 500rpm or so as stated elsewhere in this thread. I'll look for a pc of the manifold...its an older design that ETS had on the shelf but they made a deal for

Yea that's what im afraid of. 500 rpm for a street car Imo is alot.

If your going with a 3794 then clearly you will not be under 750 hp. But if you are the 1.25 and hta86 Imo is ideal. Which im sure u know. Lol

Dan,

For comparison since we are both running the same turbo just different housings, where does your spool now with the TS. I know I have a 2.4, but the car is really lit off at 4400 (20+psi) with 0.82 A/r single and full boost by 5k. As a 2 liter it was basically shifted to the left 500 rpm or so at the same boost level I am running on pump, 29psi. I'll overlay those 2 graphs in my thread though rather than get this one all sidetracked

Im not home right now. When I get home I will pm you my graph. I believe mine was at 31 peak psi. Spoolup on my car apparently was laggyer then now do to the avcr electronic boost controller vs the nbc I have now.

Hard to explain. But I would hit like 23/4 psi and it would then slowly creep up to 30. Now the nbc pegs 30 psi. The car I can bet makes more trq now too then its last tune. I only used to hit 20 psi in first gear. Now I reach 30.

Gotcha. Well if you go to the last post in my build thread you can see it now. I am going to have to start a new updated one when the new kit goes on

Dan,

Just to clarify, are you talking about internal or external diameter? Pipe or tube? 1.25" schedule pipe? 10 or 40?

Thanks.
