Alternator Charge Issue HELP!!!!!

So just got finished with the full build. Car starts and idles great but one problem the alternator is not charging the battery. For starters checked the fusible links and all the basics and everything is good. So took the alternator off ran it down to Advance and it checked out good, so came back bolted it back up and ran through the charge system schematic and checked everything again still no output. So I then pulled the alternator again and replaced it with another one still no go . I then replaced the battery and also swapped a friends ECU in the car just to see and still no go

One thing I also noticed is the battery light when I turn the key in the on position doesn't light up at all like it normally would. I pulled the dash and the bulb and wiring is good.

Really getting frustrated here as this is the only thing that is stopping me from driving the car....

***Also noticed my vss is not working (vehicle speed sensor)*** Any correlation?

Have you inspected the harness loom for any defects on either the battery or pin connection that goes to the alternator?

Its fixed bad ground wires from where the previous owner had the turbo timer installed, wasn't installed with an actual harness!

Thanks for the help though!!
