All depends on the fuel you are using. On e-85 we have made about 450 whp with a single pump on our mustang dyno. 93 oct. we have seen about 530 whp.

Correct. Good advice.
Meth plus pump gas would be different as well. This would require even less fuel than straight pump gas. So you could stretch a pump's fuel delivery even higher.

You can "stretch" a single Wally out a bit more by "hotwiring" it with heavier gauge wire and/or running a KB boost-a-pump. Also, there are some higher volume single pump alternatives to the 255 lph Walbro coming out onto the market. Such as the new DW single pump and I think there is an upcoming BR high-volume single pump as well both of which flow significantly more fuel than a single Wally. These new high flow singles should bridge the gap between the 255 Walbro and a double pumper setup.

I agree with Emery, 520 is about the max on gasoline on our dyno, 570'ish on a Dynojet.

if your plan is to make big power over 550whp then you need a double pumper. if your shooting for less then spend money elsewhere or as sparky stated meth does make a difference as well but i dont recommend that stuff

Enough said. Anything more than that just drops rail pressure, and there is nothing good about that.

And if we're talking about E85, it's wise to start looking at a double pumper with anything larger than a stock turbo.

Is the head on your car ported? I think that with your build and Meth and the Black with a kill mode tune you'll be easily over 570 WHP and you're gonna need a double pumper. But there are heavy hitters on this thread who'll be better able to tell you for sure.
