People should realize the turbine housing is designed to accelerate the flow into the turbine wheel smoothly and ts is a critical aspect to good turbine performance, not bash it into a wall and make it turn 90+ degrees. I think they would literally be better just making it more like the old "center inlet" T4 housings. They at least flowed well, although they killed turbine efficiency. I think this housing will kill efficiency and flow.

The only dyno chart they have that looks reasonably good is the GT3071R. I would put it up against an HTA Green on spool, the HTA Green would dominate it on power though.
i didnt notice the u-turn on the turbine housing until you mentioned it. that looks horrible!

FWIW, when I talked to them about doing some testing I did tell them that I thought it would be a waste of time to test the standard 30R-35R and the GTXR was the only stuff anyone would want to see results on. Perhaps they are just waiting to get the GTXR stuff in. They havent been in contact since the day this was initially posted.

The dark horse is going to be PTE....Whenever they decide to get off their *** and finally get envolved. I asked the tech about it two years ago and he said they had no plans on making a bolt on evo turbo but one can only hope.

there are 3 options.. 1st one is as i said before they dont want to sell 2nd one is they dont trust their stuff 3rd one is they dont have any knowladge about marketing

They have to know that at least one of the well known vendor had to made a test unless they wouldnt sell this

People had started to talk about bad housing desing already Also, Atp's first bolt on kits for evos were horrible We will see

I have a hunch Robert has something up his sleeves

I don't blame you though. I have never liked anything from ATP

Hrmm....If that's true...Wonder if I'll be able to send my FP Black back to them again and have it upgraded to ball-bearing.

It's been freshly re-built and sitting in a box in the living room now for the past few weeks.
