The intercooler plumbing looks like it will be slightly different also. The Garrett is not a reverse rotation turbo, so the compressor outlet comes off the other side.
I think the turbine casting looks larger than it is due to the extra re-routing of exhaust flow to make the normal rotation center housing and compressor work in the space meant for a reverse rotation turbo.

those numbers seem too good to be true on stock everything other than, cams, TBE, 3" FMIC. this could be a beginning of something new. they are one to something. I want 93 pump number.

That hard 90 on the turbine inlet seems to kill spool and HP.
They should have just cast a new manifold to use a standard rotation Garrett turbo.
