Congrats. what was your IDC% on your final dyno pull?

Do you have the print out of the dyno plot?

Very nice, that is a heap of power from a single Walbro - very impressive (/keen)!. I can imagine it must feel like a huge motor!

Not to distract, but I took a look at his logs. His IDC's were 86% @ 7k rpms at 30psi of boost... on FIC2150's!

My car is at 68% IDCs @ 8600 on 30psi on ID2000's with 2 walbros.

He was out of pump at 32psi... He's probably out of pump AND injector at 37psi.

Just saying...

R/t, I'm thinking surge tank and either twin 044's or aeromotive.

Wow, after reading through the aeromotive install pdf for the A1000 I can see that there could be a lot of reasons for big external pumps to fail. A lot of things you have to do for a proper install and proper use. Mostly having to do with short life if the pump is cavitating or sucking air due to inlet setup not being completely wonderful. Proper inlet filter, pump location, reservoir sump style pickup, even overheating your fuel due to high recirculation rate if you aren't using a speed controller!

Aeromotive have a poor reliability record, id go twin 044's or a single 044 in series after the walbro.

Just to be absolutely clear: If you go twin 044's in parallel with each other, would you still want the intank walbro? Twin 044's after the single intank walbro?
