Chad mentioned GT 30 & GT35 being used that's why I thought it was a LMP kit. The components used also seem to be inline with LMP kit

the kit will work with a variety of v-band turbine housings. LMP kit is probably 99.999% correct.

I find this to be an interesting comment because it proves that BW can do their MFT in larger sizes than the 7163 (as I always believed but was told by a friend it wasn't possible).
The MFT limitation was told to me directly by the director of engineering for the EFR.

i called borg tech brian, he told me the same. then when i called back last week to ask again he said its not available this year but they are always developing new technology for future turbos. Full-Race told me the 7163 mixed flow is a very good turbo if you dont want huge dyno #

i think we can do 550whp on our dyno here with it- which to me is impressive- 600+ whp DJ-

our evo 8/9 is slightly different-

evo 8/9 LMP kit is a tubular motorsport kit- can use the GT/GTX or EFR EWG slightly different flanges-

the new manifold setup is pipe (schedule 10) for more long term durability without having to bracket it- and can use the same!

EVO X kit- the RBX kit is its own kit- for 6758/7163 only!

Better performance. The 7163 performs so well it largely made the 7670 obsolete.

Do tell. I thought APR was VW/Audi stuff. Do you think this piece could be used to fit an EFR into an Evo somehow?

if someone sends me a car for our kit with a built block ill be sure to let you know-

we are installing one car with the evo 8/9 kit next week- its basically our LMP kit but with pipe not tube- so its more robust long term for non motorsport applications-

we will be running a 6758 and 7163-

I had recently had an evo x here with a TS T4 7670 on it- it spooled the same as our open scroll IWG 7163 setup- but made 35-40 less peak whp at the same boost-

even the Borg Warner engineers said "that is impressive- but it doesnt exactly surprise us"
