Maybe consider an option for cars with AC removed, seems like it would free up some much needed space.

I want to upgrade to the Aluminum CHRA... So I'll put my cast iron CHRA 8374 up for sale. It'll come with a new compressor cover and a new turbine housing, but be my used CHRA and wheels. (my turbine housing is swaintech coated and my compressor cover has a welded on o-ring setup.) And since I'll order the aluminum CHRA turbo new... I guess I can order whatever turbine housing you want... IWG, EWG and any A/R.
$1600 shipped. I'll order the aluminum setup you want, get it here, and ship to you with new housings.

Yes... but it would require I do some fabrication work to modify my radiator bosses for a heat shield. And since I'm kind of lazy right now, I'd rather not. It's retarded fast.

If you had 1.45 how much do you estimate you might get beyond your current numbers?

from the other comparisons I've seen it gains big time in the mid range and just a little up top. Probably 620lb-ft and 730whp.

but maybe 300-500rpm 'laggier'?

should i get the 1.45 then in your opinion? or stick to 1.05 and do what you are planning by replacing with the alum CHRA once available?

EDIT: i should note i'm aiming for about 500-550 pump gas, E-85 will be a few dyno runs and for the purpose of providing the community more data...

what do you consider mediocre exhaust size? 3 inch?

fits just fine with AC on my setup.. This is on T4 IWG manifold we are developing.. A EWG is even simpler to pack due to shorter hot side length..

There are multiple 4G63s with this turbo on out there, but they are just not on this forum sharing info.

I know full-race alone has sold at least 5 of their 7163 IWG manifolds

I think he was referring to the really sharp bend right in the Full Race pictures posted previously. Although your setup really looks quite reasonable in that area.

Things are moving along well for me, the manifold and hotside are back as of today. The only thing yet to arrive is the material for my downpipe.

I just heard from Full Race that my kit should be done in about a week. The turbo is already sitting at my house.

Did you get the full kit - downpipe and manifold?

I'm interested to see how the FR downpipe looks if so. I'm having my own downpipe fabricated for mine.

I got the full kit. I'll take pics when it gets here.
