Were you able to keep your a.c. in the car?

You can see in the pics that the AC compressor, lines, and condenser are all installed...

Have any pics? What paint did you use? Thanks

Yeah....You can see the space between the hotside and the a/c compressor in the second pic.....tight but should be doable with a mandrel bend

3" should fit fine. If you're trying to stuff 3.5 in there, you'll probably have to compromise the bend a bit.

Just 3" for me, thankfully!

ok, I dont have the same manifold as you do, but the position is similar..

the 3 inch DP fits just fine next to AC even with this thick flex we use..

Work of art
All equal length to within 1-2mm.
Full Race is not equal length, #1 is noticeably longer--> have not measured yet.

Will be awesome setup soon to be tests against HKS7460 for low/mid range spool and response.

runners are 420 mm flange to flange by design... manufacturing variance is maybe 5 mm max.
but ID is large.. 43.1 mm

will be interesting to see how it works..

I agree I didn't even bother measuring the Full-Race since it is so obvious the #1 runner is a decent bit longer than the others.

The runners of Kiki's manifold look really well designed but the welds look sloppy to me, maybe just a quick prototype?

not the prettiest but full penetration. Could have made it prettier with deeper beveling but that leads to more distortion when welding.. The collector is a b%^ch to make..

Will put up more pics when it is fully finished.. This one is going to the US and mine will have manifold pressure and EGT ports added..

one additional thing I managed to do is make it work with e9 radiator.. will require a slim fan though..

It was on my old ported OEM exhaust manifold and Works 3" O2 housing.

Think it was high-temp brake paint. Just a rattle can. Sprayed them down on cardboard.

That mod was about as easy as it gets lol

Looking nice. Can't wait to see it come together.

FWIW I've been through a few manifolds during my ownership (FullRace, ToxicFab, Hypertune); none have been remotely close to 'equal length'

Both Collin @ Toxic and Pete @ Hypertune have stated bends per runner and runner diameter were more important than runner length in a turbocharged application

that is true, esp the part about number of bends..

we have concentrated on port transitions, short runner length, while being equal length, and keeping constant runner dia, from port onward.

I am not a believer in large port - small runner - large T4 port, with associated transitions, so this is a concept I wanted to try... we will see how it works..
