New BW EFR Turbo Thread
#1370
BW has told us EFR shipments will resume with consistent supply by Q2 of 2012 (not far away)
the first turbos to ship will be 8374, followed by 9180. the others will be right behind
that is incorrect - BW has placed high priority on the EFR program

Out of curiosity, has any body received the TS 9180 or 8374, in the US ?

finally got my evo8 running with the twinscroll Internal-WG EFR turbo kit:
This is a top mounted turbo kit, so will require an evo6 style radiator. I hope to get a little street tune done this weekend, and get on the dyno next week wednesday/thursday (using a mustang dyno)
I agree - the 7670 is great for a stock motor evo, or a mildly built setup. Once you get into increased displacement and big boost levels, the 8374 is going to have a major advantage due to it's higher efficiency
actually you got (2) !
thank you for being so patient, the small amount of data ive seen from indy indicates the 9180s are worth waiting for.
