The bc cams are junk. But re time your car. Make sure your cam gears are one the evo(they're marked) dowel pin holes. Also tdc is the dowel pins on the cams straight up and down. Make sure you understand this otherwise you will bend valves

If that's so, then how u supposed to dial the markings to the rocker cover? With the dowl in the dsm hole u are able to line up the marks on the gear to the rocker cover Like stock cam gears but with it in evo ur dial marks are 90' facing the front of the motor?? Is it not the same The same cam gear, dsm to evo? But just a different way to dial them in?

There are always issues with cam gears....
anybody using the cheapest ones he can get, and then the trouble starts.
Use The AEM Cam gears. Best you can get, never had an issue, ONLY one hole for the right positioning ( They built 2 different sets for Evos and DSM and believe me they know why! )
I had also an cutomer with Fid.... in my shop, the holes were marked wrong.
For your adjustment: The inner part CENTRELINE has to meet the cover markings!!
Ignore the outer marks and dont look at the angle they will show.
Take care to set the crank PERFECT to the 2nd mark seen from the front on the lower T-Belt cover ( there are 4 marks 10 BTDC , 5 BTDC , 0 deg " T " and the front one 5 ATDC.
Bold indicates the signs on the cover above the marks.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck.
One additional thought... I believe that the DSM sprockets are not the same as those in the the EVO in that the timing mark is about 1/2 tooth different.

He will run into an problem with alining the cam gears when using the EVO hole.
He has the 4g64 Block, and can not use the "outer" marking with his cam gears, because they will be off due to the block.
Solution:
Remove cam gears
Set them to 0 degrees on cam gear scale
make an new "inner" 0 deg notch ( scrape ) where the EVO mark is at the outer frame.
Install them using the EVO HOLE
Adjust the "inner" new marking to Valve cover.
be happy...
Or use a set of cam gears which are constructed for the Evo ONLY

Fine, just play with your timing marks to make up that mistake. But the tdc cam mark on the gear with be straight with the dowel. It's just a single mark. It won't have the hash marks for timing.
