Question vacuum, bov, hks evc, fpr lines routing pls help guys...

hi guys.

sorry to bother you, but nobody knows how to connect the vacuum lines correctly. visited several garages, was looking into diagrams but cant find the reason for rough idling. checked earth, leakages, spark plugs and wires and dont know where to go now... i had a crank walk problem in my 7-bolt 4g63 and had to rebuild the engine inc new crank, bearings, oil pump, pistons, rings........ before taking the engine out i disconnected vacuum lines without noting the routing and now im having problems to connect them back in place. instead of boost pressure solenoid ive got hks evc III fitted and thats where might be the problem i think. im not sure, but faulty stepping motor could be the reason for rough idling, but i can only say that if i connect the vacuum lines in the correct order. I cleaned the throttle body inc ICV, but it didnt help at all.
can anyone tell me please, where to connect these lines: please, please, please...

1. BOV goes into??? do i need to use Y (Tee)???
2. Fuel pressure solenoid connects to..??
3. westgate solenoid connects to...??? manifold via Y tee??
4. westgate valve into..????
5. hks evc III stepping motor got 3 outlets. 2 thick and 1 small... how should i connect them please please...
6. boost pressure gauge got connected to the fuel pressure solenoid, but it show vacuum only instead of pressure. show only in mmhg but should be psi isnt it?

had to sell my gixer to get an evo sorted and i ended up without having fun at all! gixer is gone and evo is not working

will be very grateful guys if you can help me.

I don't think it has anything to do with your stepper motor unless it's fluctuation vs being just rough in general.

Few things - is your evo stock? Those are more like a DSM than an Evo right? If so someone has got to have the routing diagrams. Did you look around? Check this post, just scroll down, it has the vacuum routing diagram for an Evo 8/9 -

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-canister.html

I'm not sure yours is identical...

hm... yeh, its an evo 4, japanese import. the engine code is 4g63 and its completaly stock. the only thing i changed is blitz air filter and baileys dump valve. defo i connected vacuum lines in a wrong order. i had a look around and still cant find the reason for rough idling. ill try to connect them again and post the pictures, so you can help me guys.
thank you 05blue8 for help man..
ill open a stepper motor and clean it. i need to change the filters as well as the old ones are dirty and this might be the problem as well. its an ongoing project so im not in a rush, but i can feel lack of adrenalin after selling my gixer you know what i mean..
